well i will say this ring lands and 200 shots dont like each other!
so now im replacing a piston,buying 2.5 stage 243s, and the new pro flo xt intake

jerry i am curious to see how that pro-flo works out,..... and curious to see how much of your cowl you need to cut

 

there is one guy that has done it and basically your not going to have windshield wipers, but i dont drive in the rain , plus if i was going the 4 hole route i have to do quite a bit of cutting too
so i figure the pro flo would look better and i would not have to use a carb air cleaner(looks janky if you ask me)

I've seen a single plane and a 4-hole w/ a custom intake fit under the hood. Don't know how much clearancing was done, but I bet it's the same or less the the pro flo, and I would venture to say that you'd have better results with it.
