If you saw my red/white thirdgen, I'm so embarassed. I havent raced since last years Invasion and I kept bogging off the line. I threw the keys to my dad and he got a 13.86 @ 101. 
We started going over the car looking for problems and found a burnt spark plug wire. We replaced that but the car still wouldnt run right. After some more trouble shooting we replaced the computer and the car came to life! 
But then I smoked the clutch off the line.
My dad managed a 12.73 @ 108 in his white '90 Trans Am, only a tenth off his best of 12.63. He blames the heavier 12-bolt rear end he installed.
I still had a ton of fun and I think I got 5 or 6 crappy passes. The Big Bear cruise was great too. I cant wait until next year. Maybe next year we can do the cruise on Monday and racing on Sunday? I'm so exhausted from yesterday I can barely function at work.
Now its time to work on the EFI Invasion at Famoso in Oct/Nov!

It lasted three years, in two different cars, seeing 60's from 2.2 - 1.4s being launched on ET Drags and nitrous, and then today it pops on motor on Nittos? Who knows, the setup seems fine, the pattern looks perfect

i ran a 11.3 with a 1.62 60ft at 125mph pretty consistent. lost 3 miles an hour after switching to the 9"/4.11's from the stock 3.42 rear. i expected better but im happy.
