I love this line...
"These violators are in California using our services, but not paying their fair share of the costs,"

Can they really be serious? An attitude like that is what is pissing off alot of people lately. That the people ow the state is a dangerous assumption.
But this pales in comparison to the latest water ruling. If we turn the pumps on were hurting killer whales...

i'm glad us military guys don't have to comply to that. being active duty, we are able to claim what ever state we want. i think it is unlawful for Cali to force an active duty military member to register the members car in the state and i believe by doing so would force them to have to change their states residency. emission laws, i dont know how that works with being military but i've been told depending on the state in which the members car is registered depends on if thy have to comply. i'm ND res. i dont have to complay to shaaat

Well I didn't have to register my car last year but the reg this year was only $184, still much cheaper than it was for my grand am in colorado. I think that car I paid close to $300 to register it and i got the car for like $10k in 03. Cali was one of the lowest states for registration pricing. but then again they also make us smog too, damn tree huggers. LOL.

Ivan yeah i can't really move for a bit, if at all I might open up an office for my brother in laws business up north in a couple years and well I can't move out of state then. Ohh well.
