Default would we run with a porsche carrera s?

yo whatsup guys, i dont ask to many questions about racing against certain cars cuz it gets pretty annoying after a while, i just thought i would ask this b4 i run up against this guy. he has a 06 carrera s, im pretty sure its stock with just a exhaust, im not sure if it will be a roll race or not, my cars basic mods are LT's, ORY, LS6 intake, FTRA, lid, ls6 MAF P&P tb, and a slight tune with the timing upped a good amount. might be a roll race or from a dig. i know the only real way to get the outcome is to just do it, but i thought i might ask here. let me know what you think

Vids on youtube show that a mildly modded Camaro can beat a Carrera S around the '07 year. How modified I dont know.

Last weekend there was a Carrera S at the track in Houston. He ran consistent 13.3's. For an $85,000 car that sucks. IMO. You should be able to take one with what you have.

At least its not the all-wheel drive model. But I think its still 385hp though I think under 300lb/trq. Thing is theyre pretty light around 3200lbs and made a little more for top end but by then you should be well ahead.

I beat a Carrera 4s not too long ago. The guy had a pissed off look on his face but maybe because when I was passing him I was waiving bye bye lol. I'm not bolt-ons only though. It was brand new with a huge spoiler and no plates. That ought to have ended his midlife crisis.

Just make sure its not a 4S because those are all-wheel drive and pretty good from a dig... if he can drive.

Yeah good luck from a dig. Those things don't burn rubber. At least not the one I raced but I caught and flew by him.

yea but they are way to small for a mid engine. i would guess there would be less power loss to wheels with a rear mount rwd car.
