Just wanted to share the awesome experience I had with Rotolo chevrolet. I took my 06 Avalanche (out of warranty) in to pin point a tranny problem. They called me and said since I bought the truck from them they wanted me to be completely satisfied. I did a lot of research on the problem and everywhere I called said it would be atleast a $1200 fix. I was jumping for joy when they called. Money has been really tight. Their customer service was great and their new facility is huge. I bought my SS from them about 11 years ago and have always been treated good.

We usually hear the negatives so it's good to hear when dealer does right.

 

Yea there good people they hooked it up when we bought my moms 08 wimpala.

 

I bought my Suburban brand new back in Feb 07 and only yake it to Rotolo for any warranty needs. I have always been happy with them.

 

And what's cool about them they don't have dealer mark ups.
