Because thats my homie .I also dont understand why they talk **** to the customer ,that shop would look better if they would just be quiet and let the **** talkers talk .....theres always going to be a hater and "Ouch" maid the shop mad??? if you pull the crap that droptop has done to me on multiple occassions now, you will get that treatment , i do not take crap from people, regardless of a customer or not, take it or leave it

first of u dont even know me second when have u seen me work on a car to say i install parts with a hammer but if u want i can use it on ur car come on by and yes i work at a shop its not a performance shop is a honest mom and pops auto repair shop that belongs to my uncle.so i think ur the one talking out ur ***
