Not sure what you're asking. But what you should be doing is running audio cables (the red & white pair of cables) from the back of your deck/head unit to each amp. From there you will run speaker wire to each speaker. Now sure how you are hooking up the equalizer to the system. Do you have any pics?

Get rid of the EQ and get a better stereo that has it built in.
EQ's are outdated and look chunty (and im mexican)!
Just run new wires to the sail speakers and run new wire to the harness behind the radio so you wont have to try and run new wire through the door.
I been doing car audio for years and Never once Have I used an EQ, NO need.
Pioneer every time. I love mine, Even has an RPM Guage on the actual screen which works.

If you haven't already replaced your stock speakers, you'll want to run the speaker cables to the speakers. The fronts have 4 wires that separate the bass from the treble, if you hook them up to the harness, they won't work.

the easiest is to buy new speakers and run speaker wire from each speaker to the amp, then run the amp to the radio with the rca cables like srj said. you can't just hook up the wires from the harness to an amp because the stock speakers use a different setup.
