I'd go with something around 230 on both the intake and exhaust and around 600 lift.
If you want to spray it go a little higher on the exhaust duration and lift.

+1 for a custom more well rounded cam.
My LS6 only made 360. With headers, catted Y, a lid and a tune. The dyno is said to be stingy but I wasn't hunting for a number so it doesn't bother me. 372 HP sounds pretty high to me as well even on a generous one.

Yeah, 372rwhp is way to high for a bolt on LS1. I'm not hating, but there is NO WAY that is possible.

What up Ryne,
I wanted a bigger cam for a few reasons.No its not a drag car(not even close..lol!****, i wish)
I wanted a bigger cam because i wanted the higher hp gains, love the rough loopy idle, and most of the racing i do is hwy pulls @ high rpms.I really dont like doing the "street" racing thing.I no expert at this that's why i wanted advice and feedback. you guys obviously have more knowledge in this area than me.what ever i decide to do I'll let you know, that way you can tune it.

I get that all the time.lol! We did 3 pulls
1st pull 371rwhp
2nd pull 372
3rd 370 rwhp.We had other cars with the same mods that pulled 350ish. dont know why it pulled what it pulled, but it did. I know Gil pulled the same numbers i did with the same Mods in 3 different Dyno's. Plus Ask around, the car defenatly runs like its making 370ish.I've pulled cars with h/c. cars making 370-390ish rwhp.I have vids to back it up.not bragging just adding that the car seems to pull very strong for what it has.factory freak? maybe... thanks for the advise guys!

ps. the only did i changed was the streight pipe exhaust for my old corsa. We dynoed it with the new exhaust and I did drop 10hp,but gained 5 tq after that...lol!

Damn, that's pretty cool then!!! I want to see the vids. Are you the original owner? If not, maybe the other owner put in a LS6 cam. Also how did you pull H/C LS1's with your power?

I'am the 3rd owner on the car.the car is a 2001.
1st owner put 15K on it. 2nd oner put 20K mi on it. the last owner said it was stock minus the flowmaster it had at the time.maybe it does have a Ls6 cam.I've read a small % 01-02 came with a ls6 block.cant say i have one because I've never checked the castings on it.

I love the trex.you dont think its way too big of a cam?
my 1st choice was
Ms4
2nd Ms3 being the safest
3rd trex being the biggest and craziest...lol!I'am going to do some more research though.thinking about switching my mani and tb set up for a BBK 85 or a typhoon 90mm.

Yeah, I'm guessing you have a cam. Your car runs good though.

kinda souns like my cam...mines a 227/231 lsl lobes 110+2, cant wait to install it when i get back. Car will have a sick idle, and shiftpoints should be right around 6500. Bigger is not better, if you do some searching/looking around you can find many videos of little cammed cars taking out huge cam cars. Unless your a stripped down car you want a cam thats going to make good tq.
If your looking to stay cam only the tr230 also is a nice cam to check out.
