Because I myself have done something almost nearly as stupid (on the complete opposite end of the spectrum) when I was 16 and didn"t know any better

I was adding oil to my old firebird... kept adding quart after quart after quart... after about $60 worth of oil, I called my dad up... "How much oil does this damn thing take? I put 9 quarts in it already and it still hasn't filled up!"

He started laughing his *** off at me and said "it's not like a gas tank"

He told me to drain the oil and check it periodically for the right level and not to start the engine till it was correct...

Gotta admit, after that I felt like a total moron...

The VW failure is funny but it's virtually impossible to beat the Mustang guy.

If it's going to need a whole new engine, screw that. I'll get a GTP or something

Well I guess I didn't get it cuz I've always been around cars. My dad and older bros are both mechanics and we have a shop so since I was young I was always at the shop.

I dont know.. I had a problem with a VW also.. I locked my keys in the car and i couldnt get it unlocked using the tennis ball with a hole trick. So i ended up taking a chain saw to the roof and made a hole big enough to get in.. So yeah, DONT BUY A VW.

You have to look on the positive side: at least the metal was thin enough to cut through.
