I called this guy yesterday he seems real cool. He said he also had a 98-02 SS hood for sale, said he wanted about $225, but seems like if you give him a real good deal he will take less. It is primered.

Who knows, maybe he meant he's stepping the gear ratio downward.

Either way, this is a killer deal. I wouldn't be surprised at all if it's gone already.

The car has 82k miles. A big dent on driver rear quarter panel smaller dents all over the other quarter panel and big scratch on quarter panel, back bumper paint peeling off, both the connection on the bottom of the fenders are bent, big bend on the tip of the hood, minor damage on the grill and bumper, blown head gasket, misfire, bad 02s, car running lean, the rear end was switched with one that did not have abs, driver seat leather is torn in two spots, one of the rear seat is missing a big piece of the leather in the middle and a few of the panels inside have been repainted. That's all that I remember. I was ready to buy this car but I couldn't imagine the shape the car was in. The whole car needs to have some body work done and paint then fix the interior, then fix the head gasket, then start working on the codes.

Wish I had the money, looks like lots of good parts to sell then turn the shell into a drag car, c5z wheels and center mount exhaust alone could probably be sold for just under a grand...

looked like it since it did not seem to have a texture and paint was bubbling.

You couldn't get more than $250 if that out of the CME system. It's the quad tips and the two piece skirt as a valance.

It's worth about $2000 in that case. Yuck
