96 lt1 firebird not starting

I just bought this 96 bird but its not starting
i checked spark coming from opti ...good
i checked spark from coil...good
its getting gas
and all the plugs and wire are new
...wat else should i look for

Also, just because you are getting spark from the opti, doesn't mean that you are getting it at the right time. So if say the rotor inside the opti had detached from the base, it would still give you intermittent spark, but it wouldn't start. That happened to me once, just FYI.
On that same note, the timing could be off. If the previous owner has ever taken off the opti, they may have indexed it incorrectly when they put it back on, throwing off the timing by 120 degrees.

What's the fuel pressure at? It needs to be ~43.5psi with the vacuum line disconnected from the fuel pressure regulator.
