Are you guys kidding me? lmao. It's a polished stainless steel piece for sale on eBay. The bungs on the sides are for nitrous (1 per side) so heat soak really shouldn't be an issue. Presumably it's for those people who have destroyed an air lid from a nitrous backfire or "blown the welds on their intake". They're around $250 last I checked.
