So I thought my motor arrived, and the wrong one was shipped to me So have to wait a little longer... My intake awaits....

So going to try and spend some time on the Camaro again... Here is the cage, everything is removable complete bolt in cage.









I also decided to change the engine combo up a bit. Alum. block 9:1 compression and this thing.


BTW cage was pulled out to get coated the same color as car.

whats that barniclated thing connecting the column to the rack.... looks like pirate treasure....

I just work on the car on my free time, lately hasn't been much. I dont care what the dyno says, the ET and MPH will tell me how its doing.

Just curious if it was the same guy who built mine. Probably not though...

IIRC, the horizontal cross bar behind the seat needs to be welded.

Have the FMIC halfway mounted, need to make some brackets for the bottom part and made some mesh type grill for the center of the bumper. Will also be welding some 3" vband connections on each side of the intercooler.


Being this will be a daily driver and I hate road noise we threw this in.

I would say about one more month. The heads just got finished up and we will start on the hot side this week to fit on the dummy engine. Shortblock is about 1week out.

So the dummy engine is here, I will run it until the 402 is ready. Now we can start putting things together... This motor is a 5.7, 10:3 compression, cnc heads, and a cam.

Modified the fans to fit the radiator..


V-band on the turbo, intercooler, and -20 fittings on the radiator.


Fuel lines routed for the return set up..


FP regulator mounted and lines running through the strut tower.
