Question QUESTION: Just had a cam installed and now i need a Tune.(obviously)

is there a way to manually make the car idle at a bit more rpms since it wont idle, i have to give it a little bit of gas to not turn off. anyone? i need to drive this bitch to Ryne so im just wondering, i tried searching for something but i cant find any good answers. lmk plz thanks!

Didn't do it, my buddy did. He.finished in about 6 hours or so

You can adjust the stop screw on the tb to help it idle better

I had the same problem several years back when I first installed my cam, I didn't wanna dick with it so I just had it towed out there. Was CMS first customer on that one too!

Gez Danny, I told you, just keep your foot on the gas a little man. It's not that hard. I've driven countless untuned heads/cam cars. Just suck it up and drive it to CMS. In the mean time, just take her easy.

yeah just a bit of gas on stop lights and signs take it easy dont romp on it.

X 2 lol im in this same boat not to mention i have bigger injectors and no tune for the cam.. keep your foot on the gas br.. also for me putting the car in neutral helps for me.. it idles better... so if your at a stop loght or have to come to a stop try throwing it in N

Crack the blade a tad and then reset the tps by turning the ignition off unplugging the tps then turning the ignition back on wait 30 sec then plug it back in... That might tide you over
