Stolen 2007 Corvette Z06 Black! Please Help! So. California Hey guys, I made this screen name and this post for my friends at hybrid Motors. THIS CAR WAS STOLEN IN UPLAND ON SEPTEMBER 8TH AT AROUND 8PM. Its a 2007 Corvette Zo6 with around 22k miles. Here are some Pictures of the car. If you see this car or any parts. Please Contact the Upland Police Department or Hybrid Motors In upland, CA. The police department is investigating this Crime and need some help from the public. The Thieves also Had the key to the vehicle somehow???

More info about this car. Beware Corvette Owners!! This Vechicle was driven off the lot when The dealer had the only Key!!????!!

Update:: Just spoke to the owners and they forwarded me this message
There is a $5,000 reward to the person who leads us to the return of a 2007 Chevrolet Corvette Z06, it was stolen from a dealership located in Upland, CA. It is a very unique looking vehicle. Black on Black with black wheels and very loud. Hard to miss. It was stolen on Wednesday September 8th at about 8:00 PM from Hybrid Motors located at 2035 W Foothill Blvd, Upland CA, 91786. Some restrictions apply for the reward: Vehicle must be returned in the same condition. There is also a reward for the arrest of the thief, surveillance photos/Videos will be loaded soon which will show the thief and his accomplice. If there is any information, please email back or call the Upland Police Dept. at (909) 946-7624

Thats awful! As a fellow Corvette owner, I could only imagine what this means to someone. But on the bright side, shouldn't the dealership have insurance for this type of thing?

2) the dealership should have insurance.
3) why would they expect it to be returned in the " same condition"? a car like that is stolen its either parted out fast or sent over the border with a day or two.
4) how would you know that it was stolen with a key? and the dealer has the only key? last i checked cars come iwht 2 keys.

thanks for all the replies. The car thats listed on autotrader is the previous owner before hybrid motors. Looks like he hasnt had the time to delete it off autotrader. The dealership was the last owner on this vechicle and they hold the title for it. The dealership does have insurance but this car had tons of aftermarket mods done to this car. Not only do they want the car back, they want everyone thats behind this stolen car. Sources tell me thats it can lead to multiple arrests. Hybrid motors purchased the vechicle with only 1 key and its a family business. their is no inside job at the dealership. somehow the thiefs found out a way to make a key. You can order a key fob on ebay and have a fob made real quick from my understanding.

If anyone knows where this ralph is and could go please go see if that corvette is still their. If its the same car, i will personally reward the helper that could help us. Thank you. We can verify the car by the vin no. or the plate no. thank you for all your help
