This post will probably get deleted or closed. But I wanted to let So Cal know about a GREAT Fitness Boot Camp I have been going to in Brea, CA. I am really into fitness and even I get a great workout... I always bring my really out of shape friends there and they love it. The address is 789 Wildcat Way Brea, CA 92821 at the Brea High School Track and Field at 8am on Saturdays. The price is $10 for 1.5hrs. You CANT beat that deal....ESPECIALLY since it ISNT all crazy running and stuff! Plus I always like meeting new Car enthusiasts who like to work out!!! This camp focuses on Core, Conditioning, and the best part is everything we do there, we can do at home or in any gym.... so it is GREAT to learn new things each week... not to mention sometimes there are REALLY hott girls there!

I only have time to go to their weekend ones.... but I do know they have a deal where they will hold a camp any day of the week and come to your location for $25/person as long as you get 2 or more people. I would contact them to find out more...... good luck!

just go to regular bootcamp they pay YOU to be there, feed you healthy food, give you a bed to sleep in and you lose weight! its great!
