Shops that weld aluminum

I had a little accident when I tried firing up the car after my h/c swap. I either didnt have the starter mounted properly or the bolts were not tight enough. To save time explaining what happened, I did a search and found out I am not the only one who had this happen:

Anyone know of a shop that can/willing to weld the small piece back on and re-thread the outter bolt hole?

Where is the shop at? The drive wont be difficult, it will be by tow truck
