I'd take the ZR1 anyday..

considering you could buy about 16 of them for the same price..

And you could go beat on it and not be afraid to wreck it.

How do you figure? It's heavy, doesn't handle well, doesn't really accelerate that fast for what it is. All it does well is high speed in a (very long) straight line... might as well build a salt-flat car for 1/100th the price and call it good.

Do people not read?

It was traded with cash involved... They might have gave him the Zr1+800,000$. He got what he wanted, he doesn't mind losing 200K on a trade for something he wants. Money is not an isue.

The top of the line one runs 9's from the factory at over 140+ mph.
It will also pull 1.4 lateral g's
Top speed of 268 mph

That is pretty impressive to me for a bone stock car with a warranty. Not to mention AWD would make it that much more lethal on the streets when you get into the higher power levels.

Nah man its slow, a hyundai could beat that no problem.

Seriously, if you can call a car that makes it from 0-185mph in 15 seconds slow, you must be driving the most badass car on the face of the planet. I bet he drives around in a top fuel dragster all day.

So far all you've done is prove my point.

If you really think 9s @ 140 is fast, you need to get exposed to more cars. A mild turbo crumaro or fireturd could run that easily and cost a couple million + less. Like I said the only thing special about it is its top speed, and that's not even that high either. Someday you'll understand top-speed doesn't mean 'fast'.

You're missing the point. Its not just a "fast on the drag strip car". Its a luxury, comfortable, warrantied piece of exclusive automotive history. It rides better at 250mph than your crumaro or fireturd does at 35. Not to mention it can sustain that speed, not just hit it for 10 seconds before it blows up. The car practically jerks you off while you drive it. Also, it handles better than almost all the f-bodies out there, excluding some track cars. It turns heads. You had to be approved to buy it, not just anybody. Its a symbol of a lifestyle just as much as a trailered drag car. But I'm sure this doesn't matter to you, only 1320 times.

Go live your life 1/4 mile at a time in the drag racing section, vin.

You continue to fail, it does NOTHING 'the best' except top speed, all around it is a mediocre car considering the price. Handling?

"Weight lb (kg): 4162 (1888)" ya maybe it'll corner with a CTS-V at that weight...
