who or where can i take it to get fixed? any general mechanic? thx

It is easy do it yourself http://www.bfranker.badz28.com/headlightfix/index.htm; you can also order plastic gears from autozone. That is if the motor works.

try putting a couple tablets of viagra in the gas tank ... but if the head light stays up longer than 4 hrs take it to a mechanic asap!!

Takes 30 minutes to do it.. Cost around 75 do it yourself..

Its weird, mine wasnt "erecting" a few weeks ago so i thought it might be the headlight motor but I kept trying to turn them off and on while driving and it eventually came out. This happened a few times but now it works fine

Thanks! Yesterday my lights starting opening and closing when arming or disarming the alarm and making an annoying noise for like 10 seconds then it stops. Looks like I will try the free headlight fix and hope it works for now

You can also pick up plastic gears at autozone for under $20; that is if it is the gear.
