well either way I agreed on something so like I said I will fix it and I told him if fixing it just don't want to hear all this stuff of how long its taking cuz for that price he shouldn't be, as soon as I get the other quart of paint im going to finish it and give it back.

and the problem is, I told him since I started its going to take a while, I got a new job working 45 hours a week, and I keep getting texts like is it done? two more days? like wtf this is a long process with a single person doing all the work. and he said there was no problem waiting for it now there is...this why its hard to believe when some one says its ok don't worry I don't need the car bla bla bla, but he will get what he expects.. again im not trying to screw him over, just don't appreciate the matter on how he asks and keeps bugging and demanding about it.

Obviously you're going to make it right, and if he mentioned it in a non ******* way just "picky" I don't see where the issue is with wanting a car back in perfect form.

That paint job is way more then a 4K job IMO....you definitely hooked him up with what you charged him, lol.
do you live here in vegas??

Yes sir....for another few weeks anyways.

Yeah if he went in to it knowing it was going to be a long process he shouldn't really be pushing for a rush job....knowing what it takes to dismantle a car...nobody should ask for a rush job when they're changing the color of a car, lol.

Probably if he approached a little bit different, you'd be happier and he'd be getting the same quality work....it is what it is, you can't change people. Obviously you're making it right so its a moot point anyways, and he should be happy with the vehicle when he gets it back.

i think it's a great job. Seriously, when you get a hook up, you don't complain about the little stuff. He paid for an earl sheib paint job, but getting a masterpiece. I say you open your own shop!

I like the wheels, but doesn't go with the color scheme of the car. Some black with chrome/polished lips would look good, or some CE wheels.

I've got some black 5 spokes with a polished lip.

Got a new job back home. My car has a three inch exhaust and a pretty decent cam...I think it sounds pretty sick

Finished car is looking VERY sick.

Hey If the overspray is not coming out, maybe you can use the duplicolor bumper coating on it. It should work. I sprayed my stock camaro grill cause it was fading, and it came out great.

Very very nice work man. And you are a lot nicer than me cause if I would have busted my *** like you have on that car for that price and he bitch'd like you said. Then he would have gotten his car back in pc's and I would have been done. Its hard enough to work 45 hours a wk and come home or get up early and do all that you have. Perfection takes time and you don't seem to have tons of it so I think you did a great job and stood by your word. But you did get screwed on what you charged.

It's very similar. For the price though, hell yes it looks alike.

The Drekar has a pinstripe between the black and yellow on the hood, and a thin yellow border around the black on the top side of the spoiler, on the outer edges. That's really the only paint difference... Oh, and the Drekar has headlight covers.
