That's cake, I wouldn't bother using the 20 year old body harness if it was me and build my own. But then I am always thinking of new things I can do just for the fun of it, I built this in 2 days

Cake, really? I forgot every 3rd gen is running 4th gen dashes, functional 4th gen gauge clusters, and A/C these days.

I'd rather turn wrenches and wrestle transmission swaps before doing that wiring.

I kinda like the 3rd gen dashes better then the 4th gen dashes, But that's because i love 80's and early 90's cars. Maybe i should try the 3rd gen dash on a 4th gen but that would be "Ghetto Fabulous".

Did you get all the plastics in yet? I don't know much about 3rd gens but on a 3rd gen camaro with a 4th gen dash I worked on there was some gaps by the a pillar area.

What do you mean? I know TPI is your homie but he did post a thread asking if this is a wiring nightmare, which in my opinion is not since i have done it myself. So do you and his brother want to hear, "Yes this is a nightmare only TPI can do it himself" Then fine. The 4th gen dash dose not fit well in the 3rd gens IMO but if he somehow modified so it wouldn't have gaps then i give him props and would like to know how he did it. Im not dissing his work just answering his question on his thread title.

The 4th gen dash does fit well. This is my clients car and it is more than just placing the 4th gen dash and not just simple cutting and trimming.

Hvac vents *ducts are properly placed behind the dash. It is eventually going to to be equipped with Ac , a custom fiberglassed heater box like mine and z28fast1 at an extra cost

Pigtail from the 4th gen is in place and connected, headlight switch etc etc etc

If this was my car I wouldve gotten rid of all the unneccessary old wiring but I'm not getting into that mess for the low cost.

As for mine It also has gaps by the pillar eventually I am ditching the dash IMO I like the trans am dash and GTO dash *which I have in mind.

Those gaps bother me that's the only reason why I didn't like the dash in the camaro I was speaking of. I never seen your dash in person so I though you might of found a fix for that. I just swapped a ls1 in a 3rd gen TA and just keep the factory dash and gauges. You plan on using a GTO dash in your 3rd gen?
