Anyone in the LA area with a lsx swap 240z?
I may have a good deal lined up on a roller and was curious if there is anyone around SFV or LA that has done the swap into a early 70s Datsun 240z. I'm considering doing a 4.8/5.3 with a single turbo and a th350/400.

I'm in the process of doing just that in my 74' 260z ! 4.8L with a 76mm turbo, 92mm tb, tbss manifold, 65lb FAST inj, 04' Z06 cam, 7.425 hardened pushrods, 241's w/799 springs, new rings & bearings, ls1 oil pan. The engine is for the most part done, I just need a flywheel. I still need a T56 tranny, workout diff & axles, finish wiring, and fuel lines(A1000 with -8AN feed and -6 return to 16 gal fuel cell).

I had found a roller, but it was sold before I could get to it. I'm still looking for a rust free car and saving up funds. I've found some cheap z's on ebay and craigslist but with the floors rotted out and quarters/rockers chewed up.

There's one I have been eye-balling across the street. On 4 flat tires, hasn't moved in at least 2 years. I wish I had the skill or nearby help to do a swap on it, looks like it would be a blast.
