Man, I'm glad to see you guys are still keeping in touch with Valerie on these. If they do end up making more, I plan on buying a second one. Just as a backup in case something should happen to the one I have now.

I had a problem when I put LEDS in my 3rd brake light. I had already done the low level conversions and when i did the spoiler conversion to LED it knocked out the cruise control.
The computer uses the normal bulbs as some kind of safety deal and if LEDs are used there is not enough current draw so the computer disables the cruise.
SLP fixed this with a relay hidden in the spoiler... worked for me

They didn't. Pretty sure the shop was full of **** and it was just a cashflow scam. They were saying 2 weeks for almost 20 weeks (that's almost 5 months) until they claimed the container wouldn't be released from the port for security reasons and then would not give out a container number for verification. Some people got refunds, when they asked. Don't know/care what happened from there. Bunch of liars as far as I'm concerned. Judging from their original prices on the parts, I'm pretty sure that originally they just bought them from eBay or a similar Chinese vendor (not the manufacturer) and marked it up from there, which is why they were one of the last places in the country to have them (overpriced).

What a bummer! I was really looking forward to getting a replacement!

Here's my good deed for the year.
These are back in stock, for anyone who's been waiting for them. Unfortunately, the price has also gone up substantially. Someone's selling it on ebay for $120. I cringed at the price, but my current one is pretty badly cracked. The alternative would be to get a used one at $55 that would still look 'old'. I decided I could live with spending $120 on this.
Valerie, who Diesel235 gave the info for eliminatortruckaccessories.com on page 2, has them in stock. I just ordered mine today. Cost was $110. I suspect that they are the ebay seller. She said she ordered 100 or 200 (I forget which) a few months ago, and she is down to about 50 within 2months. She said that 'the price increase is due to the issue a few months ago with container being detained'.
Who the hell is ordering these things? I never see Trans-am's with them? If so many are being sold, are they on garaged vehicles?
