Try Matt with GP Tuning, he works with JRG Motorsports in Hayward, CA. He is vey well know and does great work. He tune my LS 5.3 that I did not know all of the details of how it was built so that is a good example as he had to tune, drive the car tune, etc. and got it so smooth and great performance for my resto-street car daily driven.
