What has to be established first is if its going to be a street racing club or an enthusiast club. I understand there is a fair amount of racing going on but I look at the central california mustang club as an example, as most of my wifes family are members. Its pretty cool and I intend on going to some meetings to see how it all works, but they are just a group of people who love stangs and get together to socialize and talk shop. They have like a monthly cruise and every once in a while they all cruise to a car show. I think something like that would be cool, that and if a club is started up that is known to be street race oriented well get nothing but hell from the local PD.
Thoughts anyone?

This man speaks the truth!
I mean dont get me wrong, CMS is a great shop, treated me VERY well and I have no complaints, if you are a good customer in that you arent a dick then they treat you great and work very well to meet your goals. Ryne and Mike are good people, even if mike was a Marine I still dont hold that against him!

I just need a place local to do touch up stuff, cause driving down there is a pain honestly.
Im kinda curious to see what my car will make on another dyno though as the DD dyno's are supposed to dyno low...

Are dyno will humble you.My buddy just did his turbo car up north and made 699.Then came to my shop and did 614.

I did just do over 750 yesturday with a gt500 though.766 to be exact.Came in at 657.Also at 4000rpm it picked up 200 wtq lol.Car is a beast. And that was on just boost.

So you're thiking of a real club, something more than slapping a vinyl sticker on your car and calling it a club. You're going to want a legit sounding name. Something like central california f-body club. Just ****** with ya. Why restrict this club to just F-bodys or GM? I think maybe a club for car enthusiasts of all DOMESTIC cars would be cool. No ****** rice, there's gotta be a line somewhere. Seems the whole Camaro vs mustang club thing has been done to death.

See I dont know on that issue. I think initially we should give it a go amongst us FBody people, and if all works out well then maybe open it up. Im just worried that we wont find enough people to keep this thing going if we can even get it off the ground!

Anyone have a house/garage that we could use as a meeting place? Im thinking install and detail days would be a great thing to do too.
My father has a pretty big garage at his house, but its in sanger, oh ya and there are no lights or electricity!
