just tell them your EGR is behind the intake manifold if they ask you...they can't see back there, and certainly won't care to...The AIR isn't really mentioned in the emissions control devices...Just mainly cats & EGR

how are you going to get your car impounded, if it happens to fail a visual that they wont even do then you just go and thats it,

Headlight is a big one piece square jammer...Get it at NAPA, checker or AZ usually won't have any in stock...BTW, when we were following you the other night, it seemed like you have a filament out on the passenger side rear somewhere...Which could very well be the cause of all the bullshit on your cluster...

They won't do **** if they find that you don't have emissions equipment, probably just fail ya. I wouldn't worry about that.

About the DSM's: They can put down alot of power for a 4banger, but like has been mentioned before, they're fragile. Can't go too extreme before little stuff starts going wrong...

Also, if you do fail emissions, feel free to take the trip over to the place on Greenfield and Brown. I hear they really don't check worth a damn...

Huge difference...especially in the low to mid range, you can feel it pull a lot harder now...I'm willing to bet a 15whp and 20+ tq difference all thru the rpms

Really? Sounds strange that a mid to long swap would make such a difference.

ya im not sure if its my rear or front right side is blown to cause the blinker to stay solid, i thought it was the front, being that when the arrow iluminates, the front parking light doesnt do anything, where as the rear at least lights up...i dont know

as for the headlight, that sucks that its a sealed beam, i was hoping it wouldnt be... i would have just swaped both bulbs to something nicer, and brighter...

yeah i fixed it yesterday, it was your right rear, looked funny in tha back, just get some bulbs and fix that thing,lol

Damnit...we thought it was at first, then agreed that it was just the curve in the back of the nissan we were using as a mirror...

also, your headlights aren't hard to change...Pretty sure a monkey could do it...Just unscrew, remove, replace, screw...and your done...Don't go brighter, just make all the lights come on and blind people

lol ya... i had those silvania silverstars in my old 240sx, i liked them alot, they werent like xenon or anything, they were still halogen but white and clear...

so i need a sealed beam, a bulb for the rear, and a bulb for the fog light.

the fog light isnt sealed is it? it better not be

you're going to end up spending 8$ for a headlight...3$ for a 2 pack for the tails...And the foglight is a bulb, but it's probably going to be 12$

ya i hate padiddles... whatever the hell that is, lol. im thinking of just buying a jammer or something, and jamming it into the right jammer... maybe it will jam after that.

Where are you getting this money? And where can i get some?

i just have a nice job?? no bills to pay, i live at home, and i dont pay for cell phone or medical insurance, all i do pay is gas, school, and car.

and yeah i am looking at a good cam and these ported LT1 heads all for 600, hes local too so i will pick em up and check em out, all i need is rocker studs and pushrods, not to much i think???

gears are 130 and i get them installed for 50.

tires *i may buy joshs rims/tires* but he wants a good chunk of money, so i may end up getting nice 295s in the rear and 275s in the front.

this is the setup what do you think:

The heads will come with valves/springs, but no rocker studs or pushrods.

The cam is a comp XE 236/242, .544.576, 112 LSA, a little different than the 847, but similar.
