I was looking at a lexus is300 while ago after I sell the eclipse, No A/c will take a toll on you after a month. I dont mind it right now but its starting to become a hassle. Stupid tempermental dsm Ftl. But bmw's look nice as well HRE's is another 4k lol. But ya gotta do what ya gotta do. I've even already scoped out a turbo header.

 

so theres a blue IROC that was traded in recently at my brothers job kinda screwed up bodywork but for its shape its a good price its probably not fast and its not an ls1 car but I dont have money flowin out of my *** infact I dont have any money so I think I'm gonna have to put the LS1 car off till college or if I can get a decent paying job or any job for that matter

They are cool and all, but if you don't have an ///M, you ain't got ****...other than an overengineered hunk of german ****...And don't forget the 80's style interior...The new 3 series is nice too, i did consider it, but being as slow as it is, and as common, i went with the better car in the end...Resale value on a BMW will kill you too, had a guy today with a 05 328ci convertible, owed 24k and book was 11,600, No thank you...

 

You can find a nice used LS1 for cheap. Just look around. Dont settle for less!

i wouldn't start off with an LS1 as a first car...The POS Iroc might be too much for a kid to handle...That's where all the accidents come from on these cars, young drivers that should not own them...Then you have people with diabetes, or who just got the car, that can manage to spin the car around while racing in a straight line...

But don't settle for a Hunk of **** like an IROC...Get a good cheap beater until you know how to drive, and can afford something decent...Hell, i'll sell you my car for 15,000$...

Oh ****...I nearly forgot...

I was getting on the 51 tonight after work...See some Hids fly by in the carpool lane...It's a SL55 AMG with the top down...

SO i go up to like 100 to catch up...Then pull along side...he nails it as soon as i'm at his back tires...I drop to 4th and lay in it also...Thing sounded weird, but good nonetheless...Anyway, I pull on him a little, maybe 1/2 a car before I have to slow down due to traffic...

Was 2 gay dudes in it, they give thumbs up and I think the driver blew me a kiss...Not sure yet...

Anyway, makes me feel good about the car...Now i'll just fix the A/C, valve covers, clutch...And we're ready to rock...

 

Dont listen to Josh, Start with an ls1 for your first car. It teaches you many great lessons about burnouts, speeding, racing hitting stop signs etc. And you will be pimp if you drive an LS1.

 

AVOID KIA'S LIKE THE PLAGUE!

That is about all I have to say about the Ls1 Experience.
