if you havent been watching the news the last 2 days, they shut down the main BP out of alaska which supplies about 8-10 % of the US fuel supply, and the majority of the western US's gas, they are expecting at least a 5-10 cent per gallon increase,

i could honestly care less about gas prices... the time when it was like 3.50 a gall. i still drove as much as i wanted... its only money, you make it, you spend it... i chooose to live to the fullest, therefore gas could be 7$ a gallon, i dont care ill drive all day!

well chris i was (and you too) right about the heatshield, i just crawled under the car and felt around by the cat, the cat seemed to be snug in place, however there was this piece of metal about 3-4 inches behind the cat, which was loose enough i could move it around iwth my bare hand...so i started banging on it a little bit, sure enough it rattled like crazy as it hit the bottom of the car...
now i just gotta figure out if something was supposed to be in that, or if the cat is too far forward and thats the shield, or what... but at least i know its hopefully a simple fix.

my racing a mini van ticket was 1800 in attourney fees and a 1000 fine. 12months probations and lots of community service. I love the town of surprise.
