" SECTION 1. Section 23105 is added to the Vehicle Code, to read:
23105. (a) A person convicted of reckless driving in violation of
Section 23103 that proximately causes one or more of the injuries
specified in subdivision (b) to a person other than the driver, shall
be punished by imprisonment in the state prison, or by imprisonment
in a county jail for not less than 30 days nor more than six months,
or by a fine of not less than two hundred twenty dollars ($220) nor
more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both that fine and
imprisonment. "

are you ready to end this arguement...seriously?....fl. statue code 316.008 "powers of local authorities".....as a law enforcement officer in the state of florida i have 22 uniform traffic control provisions i am to enforce....emissions is NOT.........NOT.......one of them, it is not in my jurisdiction and to be enforced on a federal level, in which case the federal government does not enforce emissions in this state.....
...the closest thing to emission i can control is the sound and fumes of a car

Your a cop from florida huh? well i think if you put more resources into impounding more camaros and trans am's all that cocaine that goes into your state will magically dissapear.
