Housing near Pheonix, AZ
Hey guys, obviously I don't come in this area much. But I'm going to be working about 30 minutes NW of Pheonix from January through April next year, and so I'm trying to track down some housing possibilities. I'm working in Wittman, so I realize the closest housing is probably in the Peoria area? Is that true?
If anyone is familiar with that area let me know. I'm obviously looking for short-term housing, possibly furnished as well. Anyone know of some good apartments in that area or other ideas? Thanks.

Wittman is like 20 minutes Northwest of Peoria, it's along some main highway. I don't know if my car will be coming with me, I don't really think I can fit all of my **** in it for a cross-country trip. And my work is in the middle of nowhere so there are some dirt roads and they tend to flood a lot.

Yep, i remember ripping through Wittman going to Sin city. Real small place if I recall.
Housing shouldn't be a problem, there's a lot of developments going on up there. Suprise is probably your best bet, lots of homes and good neighborhoods.
It's only 15 minutes from us too!

Do you guys have any apartments you'd recommend in the Surprise/Sun City area? I'm actually working about 20 minutes West of Wittmann on that map, in the middle of nowhere, so the closer my housing could be to there the better.
So far the cheapest housing I've tracked down is at The Villas at Mountain Vista Road in Surprise for $1022 for a 4 month lease. I'd obviously like to spend less if possiblebut I'm probably going to have to look for a furnished place as well as I can't move my furniture for that short of time.
