Thanks 06GTO6.0, the budget is kinda tight right now. My plan is do it on a step by step basis, I'm thinking should I do forged bottom end 1st or the H/C 1st. What do you think, I still got a lot to do in my car for everything probably another 15k or more thats including labor to complete the project. and I want it street and smog legal.

I passed smog they other day here in cali with a 224/224 .571/.571 112LSA and PP stage II 205 heads and no smog equipment working.

If you are gonna do a forged bottom end, save until you can just do it all at once. It will make it so much easier and save you money. I regretted not doing that my first time around.
