Incorrect...

I'm a sober American ******* who is expressing their feelings on the climate here in Arizona, and the disliking of those people who have entered the country illegaly who contribute nothing good to anything...If you're legal, that's great, no need to start the same old debate again...It ends up in immature name calling and two year old tantrums...

Anyway, the heat aside ( know its hot... I'm well aware) I was looking for responses more along the lines of what there is to do at night. I will be at school and work all day... its the night life I am interested in. As far as the heat during the day thats why I picked an apartment with a pool and an air conditioned fitness room, etc.

By the way I am 19 so what do any of you younger AZ guys do for fun in the phoenix area?

The heat lasts 4 months. You can't beat the winters here. As for whoever said there isn't much to do....do you live under a rock? There's EVERYTHING to do here, especially if you're into anything outdoors. I'm an avid off roader, and the Phoenix area is the Mecca of rockcrawling. There's car shows frequently, Barrett Jackson in January, all major professional sports are represented (yes, I know our football team sucks).

The one comment on the original post caught me funny. He said he's sick of the suburbs and came to the Phoenix area....that's all it is here - Suburbia. Vital downtown areas are all but nonexistent, with the exception of Tempe.

I've been here 14 years. I'll retire in Arizona (though not in the city). I already have my 18 acres of heaven up by the grand canyon.
