Get a TICKET?!?!?!
So I have an interesting story.
On my way to school there is a mandatory four way stop that all the students have to stop at... and since I leave for school at the last minute, there is usually a line at the stop. Well since there is a line all the kids ended up stopping past the stop sign. 1/4 the way into the intersection, becuase the sign is a little far back. The dude in front of me was so far ahead of the sign that when he stopped, I was about 1 foot from the sign. Which is a legal stop by law. I waited for him to go... then I proceited. Of course I got pulled over. by the cop hiding on the cross street. He told me I didn't even stop. Which is what it might have looked like.... but he was wrong. I decided to fight it. Showed up to my court at ten because for some odd reason that's when my mom told me it was, and it was at 8. So I ended up having to pay double the ticket.
The same day, I got pulled over on the freeway for doing 80 in a 70, about a 1/4 mile before it turned into a 75.
I got a ticket for that too.
I'm planning on fighting it but I'm kind of worried about screwing myself harder, like I did with the stopping ticket.
Any advice?

I just got a 91 in a 55 the shitty part is it was on that crappy 138 speedtrap i didnt eve see the freaking cop and before me a Motorcycle was going way faster well anyway i sped up on the part where the passing lane opens up and like 2 minutes later a cop comes up and says i how fast were you going i said i dont know he said i clocked you at 91 i dit argue got my ticket and left any way i want to fight it but what can i put down on the letter?

The cop gets outta his car, pulls his gun out, aims it at me and starts screamin "F**k outta the car A**hole!!"..im scared speexhless, so i rip the keys outta the ignition and throw my hands up. He calls 4 other cop cars to search my car, seize my car, tow my car, steal my debit cards, money, and shoes(3 pairs of fresh AF1's!!) and arrested me. They caught the other guy hiding in some bushes a mile down the road so they took us both to jail. Turns out the guy knew me from high school(i stil have no idea who he is though) and he wanted to race me....the police questioned the crap outta us and I didnt say ONE word, but he admitted to speeding. I got a ticket for Drag Racing...90+ in a 35mph zone.. and driving with no license(f*ckn cop threw it in the dashboard and said he couldnt find it
my car got seized ($500 fee to get it UNSEIZED) and $120 for towing. Im takin it to court because there was no radar, we had the SAME car so the officer obviously saw HIM speeding, then I got a gun pulled on me cuz LT1 boy smoked his tires.....Indiana Law enforcment...arrghhh
