I have a block of rooms reserved for us at the Hampton Inn & Suites near the Ontaio Mills Mall.

Room Type Max guests Rate rate per person total for weekend
King Standard 2 $100/nt $50 $150

Queen Studio Suite 6 $110/nt $18.3 $55
Cost should not be an excuse.
Tell them you are booking for LA Invasion.
Prices do not include room tax.

Where are my GN's and Vegas guys? Get em on the horn and get them on the list folks. Who knows the Norcal crowd? Also AZ and UT This is about coming to visit so touch base with everyone U know. Haddad is working on getting some goats for the party.

Also at this time I figure the cost to race is down to about $60/car
We will accept up to 150 cars Max now to help with that price.
If at 2 months out we do not have everyone paid for I will open it up to Mustangs
and at 30 days out I will open up registration to RICE

If any of the sponcers pull out at the last minute, do we have to pay extra?
These questions need to be answered.

96AZHAWK and I are planning on attending with our ladies. We'll definately be in it for the Cruise/BBQ and the Show. We're not sure what else we'll be doing. If we don't get in on the other events, we'll most likely be there as spectators. That is if 96AZHAWK doesn't break down again. Damn heater hose!

Hey, everyone. Looking forward to this event and I'd love to be apart of it. Gogo's Auto Detailing will definately help out with as much as we can provide. All in all we're just there to have fun like all of you, but after talking with, Mark, maybe a wash and wax session for the Saturday car show and for the drag racers, getting all that rubber off the quarter panels afterwards could be arranged.
Along with that count me in for the racing and my pops and I for the the rest of the events.

Not Yet. I spoke to the track and I should have confimation next week. I will be updating the list and informing everyone at that time. The event is shaping up nicely, but the track has plans on hold for the time being. Stay Tuned We will know very shortly.

Good News is we can have the track on Monday May 26th! So the event is a GO with some minor rescheduling changes.
Of course California Speedway wanted to book a large revenue generating event so we go bumped, but it will still work.
I am looking into options for Saturday now. I will be updating the original post and website tomorrow.
If this poses a conflict for anyone already signed up let me know. Remember that Monday is a holiday.
