Also I've worked full time since I was 17....Used my exprience in the field to jump to engineering, took several classes, paid attention, and learned how to deal with salespeople from dealership(I brought the price of the vette down $7500 off the original price + I took off the useless warranty and another $2000).........and I learned how to save

See i didnt do any of that. ive been working part time since 16, only exerience i have is minor mechanics skills. (i can take it apart and put it back together) have taken no classes, though im going to college in fall. the only thing we got in common i guess is i talked $1300 off my price, and i know how to save money, when i dont have alot of it.

if soon means a year from now, then sure. i still got a few more things to fix before i do a swap. Gotta rebuild most of the front suspension. cuz all the bushings are cracked both inner and outer tie rods are bent. front door panels are trashed. headliners cut up. turn signals still dont work. tires are all mix and match. so im thinking another 4 months of just putting the car back to great running/looking condition. then i can start saving for the swap, and hopefully have it done by march of 09. thats if i dont buy mislianious stuff during though, like hotchkiss swaybars, Double Din Head Unit, New interior. and if nothing breaks till then. I think it can be done.
