Forget that El Toro Air force base!!!!, city owned, all they do is store RV's on there. they're planning tearing it down for homes, but there doing homes on The tustin marine base rightnow.

Its alot more beat than that. that picture was 10 years ago, and they've riped alot of it up, but those 2 lanes are still there. still paved.
