squat : 365
bench :275
military press: 205 seated, 185 standing
grip strength. c.o.c. # 1.5
clean n jerk: N/A
nail bending: iron mind green nail
etc....

 

again, those are not my numbers.... these should be the numbers of a decently strong, average male over the age of 21....

or maybe not..


Im just wondering because Ive seen peopel drive stock - 2000+HP, very big people, to scrawny people, tall and short, boys and girls, old guys and young guys, etc... drive F bodys...
