i must have missed that part then...
did you mix the coolant w/ water before you put it in?
how did you evacuate the air from the system?
did you ever check the coolant level after you ran it?
do you have acces to an infrared temp guage?
does the water pump make any noise?or leak?
i also wanted to mention its a good idea to adjst the fan on/off temps after doing a 160 thermo

I agree... the fan on/off temps would be a good idea

if your asking how to "burp" the system... simple, just pop off the radiator cap (make sure the engine is cool so you don't get sprayed by hot coolant!!), top off the coolant, leave the cap off, start the car, let it run for about 15 minutes making sure it hits operating temps... keep an eye on the coolant to see if any air bubbles are floating up (this is the "burping" part)... when the bubbles stop floating up then you have removed all of the air in the cooling passage ways...
if air is in there, then you may have a hot spot in the cooling system, overheating the engine...

i would say that this is a a case of a clogged radiator if there is no air bubbles in the system, the radiator can get clogged with all sorts of gunk, and it will most likely only overheat when the engine is under serious load as in driving up hill and A/c, so if purging the air from the system does not fix the issue u can try the radiator next, also u can feel the temps of the top radiator hose and lower, the lower one shold atleast be 20 degrees cooler
