can your friend work miracles? first time buyer...dont have a down payment yet, cant afford a $3k/month mortgage.

man have you seen the real estate market right now? houses are freaking cheap. Feel bad for those that bought 3-4 years back. But its a buyers market right now

when your a 1st time buyer they help you out a lot!! you can get a house for under $320K right now around Fullerton, and anaheim, you don't have to have a down payment, there is a program that will help you out on that... and the monthly payment would be like around $2500

**** that, I live in fullerton and my parents bought their house 15 years ago for a bit over 100k there is no way in hell i would pay what it's worth now. When i buy a house it will be once i become an attorney and it will be in texas, Since what you pay for a small 3 bed 11/2 bath house here you get a huge 2 story house with a park as your backyard.

yep i hate parking my car on the street. getting home from work and there is no street parking. I hate doing work on my car on the street and have the city people tellling me i cant drain the oil onto the drain or that i cant do maintenance work on public streets
