Seriously though, my hardest aspect is always mental. How do you keep your mind off it without obsessing over it by "trying to keep your mind off it"???

Everytime I go a day and eat pretty healthy I start thinking about the Mickey D's I didn't have and then go order a quarter pounder

I'm addicted to fast food and logic doesn't do ***** for me... I literally watched Super Size me and got hungry for a double quarter pounder and went for it

Worst part is I'm the type of person who always likes to hang out with peeps and that usually ends up with some fries in front of me at a fast food joint...

Fast Food is like f@cking for me... Gives you something to do together but I have no problem dining alone a couple times a day either

I guess all the f@cking helps to counter all the bad eating a little

 

i ended up eating some sun chips instead of mcdonalds.i dont eat fast food very often, but damn i LOVE whataburger!

Good Luck man! Just make sure you're still getting all the nutrients you need. I was a vegan for three years. If you do go back on meat it will take a while for your body to adjust. As you noticed already...

The last BBQ was the ****. I enjoyed the white rice with the salad. I backed it up with a bunch of chips and salsa.
