It was ok but charged up the *** even though I had unlimited txt. they charged some kinda data fee like 0.03 per byte or kilobyte i forget... also they charged extra tax for my roll over minutes..
My bro recently changed from T mobile(which dropped about 3 calls a day) to Cingular which he got everything unlimited and seems like it got better

I snowboard and I swear People with Verizon were the only ***** able to use their phones @ Mountain High, Bear & Mammoth. Most everyone we know had verizon so that was another reason to switch (free member to member airtime). THen once we switched some friends and family members switched to AT&T

Yeah, right before I canceled I was telling the AT&T phone rep how we couldn't use our cell phones in some rooms at hom, then entirely in the house, then not even in the front yard...it just got worse. Not just my phone but all four of our phones (all different brands & models).
The phone rep tells me, "Thats impossible sir, I show 5 active cell towers for you home address" I respond with "Then you should get that 'Can you hear me now' guy over here to check it out". "That isn't AT&T, sir" . "Well then you know what provider I am switching to"
Pisses me off whenever I see those AT&T commercials. "Fewer dropped calls than anyone else". "BULLSHIIIIIIT, come drive with me on my commute and say that AT&T!" lol

That's cool, but what's to stop the companies from just finding other ways to *** us in fees? I'm gona change from T Mobile to Verizon. Termination fee is 200 bucks, I wonder when this new ruling goes into effect?

I think the major fallout will be we'll have to pay substantially more for the phone.
If they didn't call it an "Early Termination Fee" and instead had the title more appropriate to the real reason the charge was there (to recoup the costs on the discounted phone if the contract isn't carried to term), they probably wouldn't have faced this lawsuit and subsequent change in business practice.
