What are you going to put it in? I can see if they have it at the junk yard I go to. I'm pretty sure they do, cause the v6 radiator should be the same as the z28 radiator IIRC.

I can hit up the junkyard on Monday and let you know what I find. But just cause your car overheats, doesn't mean you should jump and buy a whole new radiator. I would check to see that your stat is working properly and that you have no leaks in your system. After you cure your overheating issue, you can get your car reprogrammed to run a little cooler. The oem cooling system works fine, when properly functioning that is. Try to fix it before you replace anything.

The only thing cheap about it is its price, it factory oem, works perfectly fine, looks exactly the same.

a couple of people that you might want to hit up is top fig and bad 30th. They both post up here but had a lot of the same problems as you. If the lt1 is not to your liking let me know and I will buy it off of you. I want to run it on my new set up. The becools are nice, a pain to get in but work great if you don't mind the $. 462 vs 130. As far as the coolent use water wetter and distiled water. There was a large court case with dex cool and how it can cause long term damage to your car when exposed to air. In so cal we really don't have to worry about freezing temps just heat waves. Dex cool does have some stuff that is supposed to help lube the water pump. I know quite a few people that have been running there set ups with water and water wetter with out problems for a while now. Don't forget about the plug that is at the bottom of the drivers side of the radiator that you might have to cut off or plug on the lt1.

The LT1 radiator really helped. My car always overheated with the AC running in the heat of the day, now it never gets past 220 even while driving around in the Yuma heat. It actually ran even cooler after the car was properly tuned at CMS.
