With a good driver (which ttop is) its a good race. Id pull for the LT1. I dont know why everyones hanging off the nuts of the srt.
Nice try at ricer math.....that made no sense at all....

BTW, I have a 2006 SRT8 Magnum and this thing ate stock LT1s for breakfast....after I added the CAI, catback and B&B PCM programming things would got even uglier. Its sad to see supposedly a bunch of car enthusiasts, so blindly standing behind an inferior performance car just because its made by this or that company.

HA! I have an LT1 for you. Guaranteed to **** on your family wagon! Or that silver toy of yours. Its not "ricer math", its logic and common sence. Kind of like how a fake billet gas door on a ta is "rice".

First, if you are going to try and talk ****, do it properly...its not "sence", its "sense"....

Second, the fuel door its not fake billet IT HAPPENS to be TRUE aluminum billet.....and its not rice at all. Lets put my silver toy side by side yours at a local mall and see how many would prefer the looks of my TA against your catfish...Im sure my silver "rice" toy would make more pussies happy at least...!

Third, if the devil himself wanted to take his little demons to a field trip this is the family wagon he would choose. More degrading to fanboys like you that your beloved LT1 gets its *** kicked by it!!

Now of course if you have a modded LT1 it sure can be fast, who said the opposite?? We all know, even fanboys like you, that any TURD can be made fast....

I've went into every and any 1/4 mile calculator and every single one puts that SRT at around a 13.0 and that HP and weight rating of the LT1 at mid 13's. The only was I see this story being possible is the camaro being in the right gear and the challenger not getting a good downshift. No matter how you look at it the math and physics of it are against the camaro, so like I said the only way this guy took down a challenger was that he was in the right gear to get a good jump and they didn't race long enough for the challenger to catch up and come around him. Also add that the other way it could be possible if he forgot a very important mod, gears. But with stock gearing and no other mods than stated, its highly unlikely.

400 lbs = .4
70rwhp = .7
The weight disadvantage is covered by the HP advantage.

Wow! Everyone calm down. I didn't know there was this many dudge fans on tech. So I got lucky and found a guy in a faster car with less driving skills.BIG DEAL! We all know the joy of an F body is beating more expensive and newer cars. If it would been a new Camaro I still woulda posted it.And Chaman, by the looks of your sig pic you're view of physics is a bit distorted.lol...

dont hate the LT

...? Care to answer my post? Driver skill is not an option here, highway roll, auto car. A retarded monkey could stomp the gas pedal without too much confusion.
