Default Camshaft choice and good shop in northern california

I am looking to add some power with a new camshaft, throttle body and intake manifold. What is the most camshaft allowed while passing smog? With this new camshaft is a 75 mm throttle body and intake manifold or a 90 mm throttle body and intake manifold? Also, any recommendations for a shop that can install the everything and tune? I already have mid headers, y-pipe, loudmouth exhaust and high flow cats.

224/224 is a good cam and no you dont need a bigger intake unless you want more power but it should not hold you back more then about 15rwhp being cam only with a smaller cam like yours.

i would run a 224-228 on a 114+2 lsa it has been very effective for me in making good power and still being smog compliant with a tune. let me know if you have any questions
