What are your plans for the car in the near future and what are the current mods? Don't buy a 1 7/8" primary header unless you plan on forced induction or big cubic inch. I'd go Kooks or AR my self

Another one for Pacesetters. if you have the money do the hokers. if you want to save a bit of money do Pacesetters. i got mine from ebay with a ceramic armor coating. they look like they're stainless. i've had them for 1 1/2 yrs. and they still look like new. i love them. headders are headders. they all do the same job and work equally to each other. the diff. is in how they fit. i have a hard time paying 700.00-900.00 for headders when you can pay 500.00 for Pacesetters/ORY. and use the extra 200.00 toward more hp mods.IMHO

Damn, you guys are making me want to get off my *** and get some LT's and a catted Y. I'm a such a ***** though, I can't handle the "every 2 years" thing hanging over my head. Can we go to the ref station for LT's? I realize It would be a big stupid cost, but at least it would be legal...

I know, I know...I'd love to do that and a little bigger cam for my DD, but the smog thing freaks me out. ******* California! If it wasn't for the great surf, awesome year-round weather, and hot chicks at the beach, I'd be OUT of here!

He's going to have to buy a y-pipe, there's no way you can run a x-pipe and a Borla catback.

dude i did my own headers not knowing much about my car... you learn by doing in my opinion... little tip although not the same headers... on the driver side it was hard to clear the steering knuckle with the primaries... i used a scissor jack to move the engine over a little lol did the job... i thought worse case scenario i f' up the mounts... o well excuse to get new ones lol
