Depends how abused it is. Beaten into the ground with no life left or what? Torn seat and cracked dash is never a good sign of care. Could be a good deal for the $$ if everything is explained properly or a car that becomes a bottomless money pit. Imagine having $10k into this car and needing to sell in a hurry. Also, 'Lifetime warranty' can mean nothing. Do your homework in advance on that or get nailed with a huge bill.

Sounds like a good deal. Recently, people have been selling their trans am's for insane prices.

The only thing that concerns me is the clutch. What is wrong with it? can you be more specific?

Also if the car was lowered on stock struts/shocks you will probably need to replace them.
