Trading may be your best bet since the market isn't doing well selling these modded cars right now. Some really low mileage beauties are not getting decent offers at all. This section is full of examples. Since you are asking price, the highest price you might get is $8,000 - $8,500 unless you get real lucky. The mileage hurts, no way around it. I know your mods cost a ton but it almost doesn't matter right now. Trading for a similar condition GTO or Caddy sounds impossible. It would probably be 'junk' compared to what you say your car is like, even if yours was a 7 or 8. The selling prices are not close.

The mileage will trump all other aspects of the vehicle. It's unfortunate. This is the situation that I am always in since I put tons of miles on the cars that I own. All of your mods and the condition of your car may add at most $2k to the KBB value, but that may be a stretch.
There a plenty of 4th gens on the market right now in the 100k+ miles range. Check out Auto Trader and see what they are going for.

Well, if the car is as nice as yours, I'd sure be curious. Not sure what the other guy is thinking or why he wants to go backwards 4 years to a 2000 SS but no harm in checking it out. Make sure the title is clear. Something seems
