2005 GMC Sierra 2500HD 4x4 duramax
Curious what this truck is worth. Looking to buy it from a family friend.
2005 GMC Sierra 2500HD
4x4, duramax, allison trans, 4 door short bed, SLT fully loaded, Silver exterior, Gray leather interior, ONLY ~33,000 miles. Kelley blue book has it at $37k which I think might be wrong or inflated? Nadaguide has it at $28k. Curious what they're going for.
I know this is LS1tech, but I'm not really a participating member on other forums and figured I could get help here too anyway.

I have no experience with trucks but I tend to find KBB optimistic with some (not all) 'private party' pricing and NADA at the other end of the spectrum (low). Both guides are very helpful tools if you choose the average of the two. I would tend to think that this low mileage truck, especially from a known source (like your family friend) would be worth closer to the KBB price. That of course is up to you since you know the history and condition, etc.... Good luck!
