Opinions on price, '94 Firehawk
I want to get rid of this car and free up some garage space. I offered it to my mechanic today for $8000 but don't want to sell myself short. NADA Collectible and Classic cars has the value in the $4,000-$12,000 range.
1994 Firehawk #251/500, 6speed, red on black leather, T-tops, 55,000 miles. Great condition, always garage kept, never in the snow. You could count on 2 hands how many times it's been rained on. Full bolt on car, dyno tuned, Trans Am hatch/wing. I have all the original parts and a spare ROH 17" wheel.
I put a new spec clutch, rear seal and Konis/strano springs on last summer. Then I had another kid. I've put less than 100 miles on it since then.
Am I selling myself short at $8000, or is that realistic for an LT1?

sounds fairly fair, if you hold out you may get around 9, maybe, really with these cars its about who is looking when and where, at least that has been my experience
