I'm thinking about putting my truck up for sale. It's got about 155k miles on it but it is in beautiful shape for the year. Here's a run down:

1999 RCSB Silverado Z71, black ext, grey cloth interior
black fiberglass tonneau cover
4 wheel drive
4L80e swap, about 1000 miles on fresh rebuild, Transgo HD2 shift kit
Circle D converter with lockup
Eaton TrueTrac LSD
4.8L, LS6 cam, Patriot dual springs, hardened pushrods, LS9 gaskets, head studs
Borg Warner Bullseye S372 turbo, race cover
KBRacing hot pipes
FMIC and aluminum cold pipes
120lb injectors, 2 Walbro 255lph pumps
Tuned on E85 currently
18" Nissan Titan wheels
New rear brakes, front brakes have Hawk pads and slotted rotors
All 4 shocks in the last 3 years

Truck ran 11.6@116 last year on 15 psi. I am putting a brand new JBA stainless catback on the truck right now and will be upping the boost a bit. I do not want to sell the truck until it makes a 10 second pass, which shouldn't be hard at all. I'm assuming at 20psi, it should run 10.8-10.9 @ low 120s. It really moves from a dig, and with the 4 wheel drive, street performance is also stellar.

I've had a lot of fun with this truck, I just could use the money for some investments so I am trying to sell off some toys.

12k sounds like a fair price to me. These trucks command a premium for some reason, not sure if it being 4wd makes it any more/less valuable.
